Demon's Souls.To make it short: 40 Dex (or 40 Str for that matter) is where you get the maximum scaling damage. After that, it does increase, but very fucking slowly, you can try it yourself in the Damage Calculator, just change the stats to 45 Dex,50 Dex, 35 Dex to compare how the scaling Damage changes.
